Residential Epoxy FAQ
Is it cold on bare feet?
Epoxy is similar to tile but generally warmer than bare concrete. For ultimate comfort, our floors are compatible with Radiant Heating Systems.
Will it scratch if my dog runs on it?
We apply a heavy-duty Polyaspartic Topcoat (the same stuff used in commercial spaces) to resist claw marks and furniture drags. It is significantly tougher than hardwood.
Can you apply it over my old tile?
In many cases, yes! We can grind and level your existing tile to apply epoxy over it, saving you the mess of demolition. (Requires on-site inspection).
