We don't just wash your floor; we grind it.
- Diamond Grinding: Included in our standard pricing. Opens the pores of the concrete.
- Tile/Mastic Removal: $2.00 – $7.00 / sq. ft. extra. If we need to remove old tile or sticky glue, this requires specialized tooling.
2. Concrete Repair
You cannot coat over a crack; it will mirror through.
- Crack Repair: $0.50 – $3.00 / linear ft. We chase cracks, fill them with poly-mender, and grind them flush.
