The 4-Layer "Armor" We Install:
1. The Prep (Diamond Grind)
We grind your floor to remove oil, old coatings, and contaminants. We never just acid wash. This ensures the bond is permanent.
2. The Base Coat:
A moisture-mitigating epoxy primer that wicks deep into the concrete pores.
3. The Flake (The Look)
We broadcast vinyl chips into the wet epoxy until the floor is completely covered. This provides texture, hides dirt, and creates a stunning granite-like look.
4. The Shield (Polyaspartic Topcoat)
We seal the flakes with a clear Polyaspartic layer. This is UV stable (won't yellow in the sun) and chemical resistant (gasoline wipes right up).

How long do I have to stay off the floor?
With our Polyaspartic topcoats, you can usually walk on the floor in 4-6 hours and park your car on it in 24 hours.
Does it smell?
We use low-VOC materials. While there is a slight odor during application, it dissipates rapidly as the floor cures.
Can you fix my cracked concrete?
Yes. We include Epoxy Concrete Repair 13 in our preparation. We chase cracks and fill them with a polymer mender that is stronger than the concrete itself.
