Industrial Flooring FAQ
Can you coat over oil-stained concrete?
Yes, but prep is key. We use specialized oil-extracting degreasers and deep grinding to remove contaminants. In severe cases, we use an Oil-Stop Primer to ensure the epoxy bonds permanently.
How thick is the coating?
Unlike a thin "garage kit" (3-5 mils), our industrial systems range from 20 mils to 1/4 inch thick, depending on your traffic levels.
Do you repair the joints?
Absolutely. Expansion joints are the first thing to fail under forklift traffic. We rebuild spalled joints using semi-rigid epoxy fillers that protect the joint edges while allowing movement.
