1. Structural Crack Repair ("Stitching")
- The Process: We don't just pour epoxy on top. We "chase" the crack using a diamond blade to open it up and clean out debris. We then overfill it with structural mender and grind it flush.
- Best For: Driveways, Garage Floors, Warehouses.
- Why It Matters: Prevents moisture intrusion that can rust the rebar inside your slab.
2. Expansion Joint Filling
- The Problem: Empty control joints are a hazard. In warehouses, forklift wheels slam into the joint edges, causing "spalling" (chipping). In homes, they collect dirt and spiders.
- The Solution: We fill these joints with a semi-rigid polyurea filler. This supports heavy traffic while still allowing the slab to expand and contract slightly without cracking.
- Best For: Industrial Warehouses, Commercial Kitchens, Garages.
3. Spall & Divot Repair
- The Problem: "Popouts" or pitting on the surface caused by dropped heavy objects or bad concrete finishing.
- The Solution: We mix a slurry of epoxy and sand to create a high-strength mortar that matches the surrounding floor level perfectly.
- Best For: Manufacturing floors, Older patios.

Repair FAQ
Will the crack come back?
If we perform a structural epoxy repair, the bond is permanent. However, if the ground underneath your house is shifting significantly (subsidence), a new crack may form elsewhere. We cannot control the earth, but we can reinforce the slab.
Can I paint over the repair?
Yes. In fact, the repair material is designed to be coated. Once we grind it flush, you can paint, epoxy, or tile right over it.
Do you lift sinking concrete?
No, we specialize in Surface Repair and coating15. If your slab has sunk 3 inches, you need a "mud-jacking" company first. Once they level it, call us to seal the cracks and refinish the surface.
